Onboarding, acquiring, and customer relations: a trio of expertise

“What does boarding involve exactly?” we asked Damienne. Her response outlines the process of onboarding clients. After the sales team finalizes the deal, Damienne’s team steps in to ensure compliance by checking customer information, confirming the ability to work with the client, and seamlessly setting up the client in the system.

Customer relations on the other hand, extends beyond the onboarding phase. While the sales team initiates discussion with new clients, Damienne’s team takes over for existing clients ensuring satisfaction and support.

As for acquiring, Damienne explains that it involves slightly more complex issues than regular customer support – it is the second line in assisting customers, for example, to change the account numbers.
