Axepta BNP Paribas Benelux is committed to scrupulously complying with the applicable laws and regulations and to enforcing the rules set out in the Group’s Code of Conduct.

The Axepta BNP Paribas Benelux Whistleblowing System falls under the responsibility of the Chief Compliance Officer.

The Whistleblowing System, which can be accessed from this page, allows you to report information relating to a crime or offence, a threat or harm to the public interest, a breach or an attempt to conceal a breach of applicable and binding law (laws, regulations, etc.) or a breach of the Group’s Code of Conduct.

Reporting channels are managed by independent experts (Referrers), confidentially and in accordance with current regulations. Alerts can be made anonymously or not.
Whistleblowers are protected by law against the risk of retaliation.

Misuse of the system may result in punitive measures or prosecution.

When should I report something?
When you have reason to believe that the law or the BNP Paribas Code of Conduct has been violated, or there is a threat or harm to the public interest.

Who can report something?
This system can be used by: employees, trainees, temporary staff, subcontractors working on projects within Axepta BNP Paribas, job applicants, former Axepta employees, shareholders and members of the Board of Directors, co-contractors (for example suppliers) and their subcontractors.

How do I report something?
If you are an external Third Party: use the form that can be accessed on this page.
If you are an Employee (internal or external): follow the link on the intranet page.

Can my report be anonymous?
Yes, your report can be anonymous. However, we recommend you provide information to allow the Whistleblowing Referent to contact you.

Will I be informed of the progress of my report?
An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to you when your report is received. You may be asked questions to help with the investigation. You will be informed of the progress of your report once the investigation is complete.

Is confidentiality guaranteed?
Yes, the Contact Points are trained to handle reports confidentially and they take appropriate measures to do so.

Are there external channels?

In addition to the Internal Reporting System, there is the possibility of sending an external report. Either to one of the authorities designated by the Royal Decree of 22/01/2023 designating the competent authorities for the implementation of the law of November 28, 2022 on the protection of reporters of breaches of Union or national law established within a legal entity in the private sector. The National Bank of Belgium and the Financial Services and Markets Authority are among these competent authorities.

Public termination is also possible under the conditions laid down by the law of November 28, 2022 on the protection of reporters of breaches of Union or national law established within a legal entity in the private sector.
