Axepta improves its invoicing!
In order to give you a better and a more structured view on the costs of your transaction processing, we’ve improved our invoicing. What changes for you? We’ve listed the main changes below.
Readability
The invoices have a more accessible lay-out which improves its readability.
Simplification
- Only your turnover, paid commission and VAT are mentioned.
- You’ll get a globalized view on the…
1. Amount of transactions by brand;
2. Number of transactions by brand;
3. Refunds which will be presented separately. - We won’t show a daily transaction overview anymore in our invoices. However, a detailed overview will still be available in your daily PDF or in myPortal.
Availability
We’ve noticed that invoices are hardly consulted in myPortal, therefore they won’t be shown anymore on this platform as from 01/04/2023. Invoices issued before this date will still be available in myPortal.
