From January 1, 2026 e-invoicing becomes the new legal standard in Belgium.

All invoicing will move to a secure and structured digital network, replacing traditional paper or email methods. To ensure full compliance Axepta BNP Paribas will send all invoices via Peppol - a reliable, standardized system for managing your e-invoices.
